SAP public cloud provides so many standard or predefined forms in the system. But you want to find a proper form template. How to Download Standard Form Template in SAP Public Cloud

Step-1

First, open your sap public cloud URL like https://my12345.s4hana.cloud.sap/ and search “Maintain Form Template” app name on the search bar otherwise find the app group name “Output management”, go to the top right corner and click the down arrow then find group name and this app group has a maintain form template app.

Step-2

Go to the maintain form template app and then to the Predelivered templates. As per your requirement, search using the description name or other parameters.

Step-3

We are required to find a purchase order form template.

Enter English in the available language box, enter India or your country name in the available country/regions box, enter purchase order or your form name in the description box, and press enter then find your form template.

In this process, some forms are not able to be found. Then use only available language and description and remove country name from the box. Sometimes use short descriptions for searching or related form names.

Step-4

Click on the form name, go inside and click on the download button. If you want any type of master form template, then select one otherwise click download without form template master and press ok.

As per your requirement, change the standard form using Adobe Life Cycle Designer and upload it, as a custom form in the custom template tab.

Now you successfully download standard form template. In below, I have given some standard form template for your reference.
